So it’s official. Salt Studio has opened in Andover. The plan is to be a Culinary space for Brad to work out of as a constantly changing and evolving “Studio”. A sort of Culinary “think-tank” for ideas and experimenting with all things food. The focus will be on using as much local and sustainable product as available and using it to be involved with local community as much as possible. - “Pop-Up” Restaurants with different themes throughout the year, with changes to name, décor, vibe and each done for a very limited time.
- Cooking instruction geared towards different ages as well as themes.
- A “Guest Chef” program where different chefs will be invited to do special dinners and cocktail events.
- Private catering room for small parties such as Bridal Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, Birthday Parties, etc..
- Themed Dinners…Beer dinners, Wine dinners, Community Garden dinners, etc..
- Private Dinner Parties for Anniversaries, Birthdays, etc….with individualized menus.
- Speaking engagements from Cookbook Authors, Musicians, Farmers etc..
- Home to a Culinary Book/Dinner Club.
- Room Rental for special events…Sporting Events (Super Bowl, Fights), Viewing/Screening Parties, etc..
- Themed Photo Shoots/Food Styling for media.
