Czig Meister Dinner – February 19, 2018

Salt is collaborating with Hackettstown’s Czig Meister brewing to bring you an evening of food and drink.

Doors open at 7 pm and light snacks will be on tables. Dinner starts promptly at 7:30 pm.

A six-course meal

1st Shipwright IPA

Fire roasted tomato soup with grilled cheese croutons and oven dried prosciutto dust

2nd Chaos Belgian Dubbel

Beef tongue ravioli in a rich beer/beef broth with root vegetable brunoise

3rd Seonaidh Scotch Heavy/ Wee ale

Baby arugula with house-made ricotta, dehydrated orange, and house-made buttermilk dressing

4th Deep Sea NEIPA

Pigs in a blanket. House-made pork sausage wrapped in puff pastry with our own ketchup, mustard, and relish

5th Chieftans Covenant Doppelbock

Czig braised lamb shank with beef marrow bone and house-made bread

6th “Surprise”

Monkey bread with honey bourbon, porter caramel, and chocolate stout dipping sauces
